Goals: Revise and improve By-Laws and Rules for the Board of Directors and Stakeholders

Recent Activity: Recommended several changes in the by-laws and introduced a standing rule regarding Directors attendance at meetings. By-Laws changes approved by the Board of Directors and DONE effective June, 2007.
