Resident Health Survey
Local residents who have lived in the area since the Aliso Canyon blowout from October 2015 through February 2016 are invited to participate in a confidential health survey conducted by UCLA. The survey will help assess the short and long term impacts of the disaster on residents’ physical health, mental health, and overall well being. Participants will receive a $35 Amazon e gift card for completing the survey.

How to Participate: Watch your mail for an invitation letter from the UCLA Aliso Canyon Disaster Health Research Study team. The letter will include instructions on how to complete the survey.
