Full Closure of Eastbound Lanes on SR-118 in Granada Hills
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) plans to close all eastbound lanes on State Route 118 (SR-118) from Balboa Boulevard to Hayvenhurst Avenue in Granada Hills from 10 p.m. Friday, July 21, to 6 a.m. Saturday, July 22, for bridge pavement work. Detour signs will be posted. Motorists can expect delays.
On-ramps in the work zone also will be closed:
- Southbound Balboa Boulevard on-ramp to eastbound SR-118
- Northbound Balboa Boulevard on-ramp to eastbound SR-118
- Hayvenhurst Avenue on-ramp to eastbound SR-118
All work is subject to change due to weather or construction-related issues. Residents and businesses near the freeway may experience noise, vibrations, and dust associated with construction activities.
